Request a return from your order page within 14 days after delivery. Choose the item, quantity and reason. The store reviews the request and inspects received goods before approving a refund.

Refunds cover the returned items and their applicable tax, after allocated discounts. Original delivery fees are excluded. For damaged or incorrect items, contact support for assistance.
